URBN Urban Outfitters, Inc.'s Terrain Café is seeking a versatile Bartender/Barista hybrid to craft cocktails, coffee, and seasonal beverages while delivering warm, knowledgeable service at a garden-to-table venue.

This role blends bar duties, espresso excellence, and friendly guest interactions in a fast-paced setting; you will guide guests through offerings, maintain a clean station, and support inventory and teamwork in a collaborative FOH/BOH team.

Qualifications

• Prefer a 2-year minimum of bartending experience, with strong cocktail preparation skills.
• Barista experience is a plus but not required—ideal candidates have general coffee or tea knowledge or a willingness to learn.
• Friendly, guest-focused communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and remain composed under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Provide warm, friendly service to guests seated at the bar, counter, or nearby tables by greeting them with a smile and eye contact and ensuring they feel welcome throughout their visit.
• Guide guests through seasonal food and beverage offerings with confidence and enthusiasm.
• Maintain a clean, well-stocked, and organized station throughout the shift.
• Ensure all services are accurate, efficient, and delivered with care.
• Mix and serve cocktails, beer, wine, and specialty drinks to recipe and presentation standards.
• Educate guests on our beverage offerings, including local wines, craft beers, and non-alcoholic options.
