Job summary

Trax Farm Market is seeking a hands-on retail team member to create, set up and maintain merchandise displays across garden, gift, patio, fountains, and seasonal sections. You will assist with retail sales and purchasing while delivering great customer service.

The role requires the ability to lift 30 lbs, stand long shifts, and operate ladders or pallet jacks. HS diploma or GED is required; forklift certification is a plus. Weekend work and full-time status are noted.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Retail management experience preferred.
• Weekend availability required.

Responsibilities

• Create, set up and maintain merchandise displays across garden, gift, patio and seasonal sections.
• Assist with retail sales and purchasing; prioritize customer service.
• Operate tools and equipment as needed; lift 30 lbs consistently.

Essential Functions:

Creation, set-up and maintainingmerchandise displays- garden, gift, patio, fountains, seasonal and holiday merchandise

Retail sales and purchasing experience is a plus

This position requires:

• lifting of at least 30 lbs. consistently
• standing 8+ hours per shift
• must be able to reach, lift, sit, stand, kneel, and bend
• adaptability to heat/humidity and cold temperatures
• use of hand or power tools, ladders, and pallet jacks.
• must be able to be certified and operate a forklift
• must be able to follow directions
• minimum HS Diploma/GED
• previous retail management experience preferred
