Job summary

Twin Farms is seeking a Spa Supervisor to help lead the Garden House Spa as it opens. This hands-on leadership role focuses on guest experience, staff coaching, and ensuring every space is ready for guests.

You will coordinate therapist schedules, oversee daily operations, maintain high cleanliness and presentation standards, and partner with Guest Experience and other departments to deliver personalized hospitality.

Qualifications

• Prior luxury hospitality or spa experience preferred.
• Supervisory or team-lead experience preferred.
• Excellent organization and attention to detail.
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, mornings, and evenings.

Responsibilities

• Lead the daily operation of the Garden House Spa.
• Create a welcoming, calm, and highly personalized experience for every guest.
• Support, coach, and provide day-to-day leadership to Spa Receptionists, Spa Attendants, and therapists.
• Coordinate treatment schedules, therapist assignments, staffing coverage, and guest requests.
• Ensure the spa is beautifully prepared each day, from treatment rooms and relaxation spaces to amenities, music, lighting, refreshments, and linens.
• Anticipate guest needs and collaborate closely with Guest Experience and other Twin Farms departments.
• Resolve guest concerns with warmth, discretion, and thoughtful follow-through.
• Maintain high standards for cleanliness, presentation, organization, sanitation, and operational readiness.
• Oversee spa supplies, professional products, amenities, linen levels, and inventory.
• Assist with training, onboarding, coaching, and continued development of the spa team.
• Support the continued development of procedures and standards as the new Garden House Spa evolves.
