Twin Farms is seeking a warm, polished, and highly organized Spa Receptionist to join our Spa team.
The Spa Receptionist plays an important role in creating the calm, thoughtful, and highly personalized experience our guests expect from Twin Farms. As one of the first points of contact for the spa, this person helps set the tone for each visit, welcoming guests, coordinating treatments, anticipating needs, and supporting the flow of the spa throughout the day.
This role works closely with therapists, spa leadership, Guest Experience, and other departments across the property to ensure every detail feels seamless and intentional.
The best fit for this position is someone who notices the small things, enjoys taking care of people, and can remain calm and organized even when the day changes quickly. They understand that luxury service is not about being formal, it is about making each guest feel genuinely known, cared for, and at home.
This version also gives you a little more HR protection because it describes "daily spa operational needs" and supporting the team without specifically turning things like package runs into a defined essential function.
At Twin Farms, we believe that when our team members are genuinely cared for, they are empowered to deliver extraordinary hospitality. Our benefits are thoughtfully designed to support well-being, provide stability, and encourage long-term professional growth.
Because taking care of our people isn’t a perk, it’s a tradition.
