Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly and provide friendly assistance.
• Develop and maintain professional relationships with customers and coworkers.
• Assist customers in identifying needs and educate on selections.
• Support merchandising and operational procedures as directed by management.
• Ensure merchandise stock levels and presentation meet company standards.
• Operate the POS accurately and handle payments and receipts.
• Assist in floral decorations and home décor displays planning.
• Maintain cleanliness of fixtures, shelves, backrooms, bathrooms and floors.
• Participate in product knowledge meetings and ongoing learning activities.
