Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly to create a welcoming environment in the retail location.
• Develop and maintain a professional, courteous relationship with customers and co-workers.
• Assist customers, determine their needs and educate them to help select the right options.
• Assist management with merchandising and operational procedures.
• Follow management direction for other duties as required.
• Ensure merchandise stock levels, quality, and presentation are maintained.
• Ensure signage is current and properly displayed.
• Stock and rotate products according to company direction.
• Cross-train across multiple departments.
• Operate the POS accurately, process payments, and bag merchandise.
• Conceptualize ideas for floral decorations and home décor displays.
• Clean fixtures, shelves, backrooms, bathrooms, and floors as directed by management.
• Participate in learning and development activities such as meetings and product knowledge sessions.
