• Assist management with merchandising and operations.

• Ensure merchandise stock levels and presentation.
• Ensure signage is current and displayed properly.
• Stock and rotate products per company direction.
• Cross-train across departments.
• Operate POS accurately; process payments and bag items.
• Contribute to floral/home décor display ideas.
• Maintain clean fixtures, shelves, backrooms, and floors.
• Participate in product knowledge meetings.
