Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly to create a welcomed atmosphere.
• Develop professional relationships with customers and co-workers.
• Assist customers, determine needs, and educate on options.
• Support merchandising and operational procedures.
• Follow management directions for other duties.
• Maintain appropriate merchandise stock levels and presentation.
• Ensure signage is current and displayed properly.
• Stock and rotate products per company direction.
• Cross-train across multiple departments.
• Operate POS, process payments, and provide receipts.
• Assist with floral decorations and home décor displays.
• Clean fixtures, shelves, backrooms, bathrooms, and floors.
