Qualifications

• Able to communicate using telephone and e-mail.
• Basic knowledge of lumber, building materials, or general hardware merchandise; departmental knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers by identifying needs and recommending products.
• Stock shelves and merchandise products according to planograms.
• Handle sales counter functions including orders, price lookups, and special orders.
• Process telephone inquiries politely and provide information.
• Maintain clean, organized sales area and assist with loading items.
