Responsibilities

• Process customer transactions accurately and in a timely, friendly manner.
• Greet customers as they enter and exit the store.
• Verify merchandise quantities, descriptions and prices.
• Handle returns and exchanges and sales of merchandise.
• Answer incoming phone calls promptly and courteously.
• Maintain cash drawer, prepare deposits, and ensure proper cash handling procedures.
• Direct customers to items and assist other team members as needed.
• Keep the store clean and organized and follow cashier procedures.
