Job summary

Powell Gardens, Inc. is seeking a Food & Beverage Manager to lead all on-site food and beverage operations for events and daily marketplace offerings. You will manage planning, ordering, inventory, and execution of services across concessions, retail, catering, and dining.

The role requires 3–5+ years in F&B management, ServSafe certification, and a liquor permit, with a focus on quality, cost control, and guest hospitality. A collaborative, results-driven approach is essential.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of progressive food and beverage management experience.
• Experience overseeing multiple service formats (retail, concessions, catering, events, dining service).
• Barista and Food Prep experience and knowledge of food safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all food and beverage operations for on-site events, programs, rentals, and marketplace offerings.
• Lead staff in execution of food service operations and event support.
• Plan and manage budgeting, inventory controls, and cost management.
• Ensure compliance with safety, sanitation and licensing requirements.
