Responsibilities

• Stock and display fresh plant material in garden centers from delivery racks
• Maintain a sales-ready appearance for all plants and displays
• Work and communicate cooperatively with coworkers, vendors and retail associates
• Remove and dispose of non-sellable plants
• Assist in performing inventory cycle counts
• Assist with resets, building displays, and special events
• Adhere to company policies and safety guidelines
• Keep work areas clean and safe
• Use tools such as pallet jacks, pruners, ladders
• Work assigned schedules, including weekends and holidays
• Ensure empty delivery racks are ready and available for pickup
