Altman Specialty Plants in Goleta, CA is hiring for a full-time, non-exempt plant stock and display associate. You will stock and display plants, unload deliveries, and maintain attractive displays while communicating with teammates and store staff.

Responsibilities

• Stock and display fresh plant material in garden centers from delivery racks.
• Maintain a sales-ready appearance for all plants and displays.
• Work with coworkers, vendors and retail associates.
• Remove and dispose of non-sellable plants.
• Assist in inventory cycle counts.
• Assist with resets, building displays, and events.
• Follow safety guidelines and keep areas clean.
