Altman Plants is seeking motivated individuals to work at retail garden centers, handling live plants, stocking displays, and assisting with merchandising and events. You will communicate with store personnel and merchandisers to ensure product flow and presentation across assigned centers.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to work outdoors in varied weather conditions.
• Proof of Driver’s License and Auto Insurance.
• Reliable transportation to and from assigned stores.
• Clean DMV driving record.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a sales-ready appearance for plants and displays.
• Merchandise and sign products with prices.
• Assist with resets, displays, and events.
• Communicate effectively with merchandisers and supervisors.
• Provide feedback and inventory updates to internal teams.
• Work schedules including weekends and holidays.
