The General Laborer position handles inventory movement on and around the property, communicates with departments, and uses product knowledge to assist customers and improve the shopping experience.

Qualifications

• Retail, horticultural, or gardening experience preferred.
• Excellent customer service skills and strong verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Assisting in the loading and unloading of delivery trucks.
• Check and validate packing slips and truck logs when supporting the movement and replacement of inventory on the property.
• Communicate with team members to assist customers with questions and inquiries by providing strong product knowledge and location.
• Improve and maintain presentation of inventory, including deadheading and watering of live inventory.
• Accept any assignment on the general floor to improve the maintenance and housekeeping of the property.
