Responsibilities and Duties

The primary purpose of a salesperson is to assist customers in choosing the best product or service to meet their needs. In addition to the responsibilities and duties of a salesperson, the Garden Associate is responsible for the upkeep of all aspects of the plant nursery.

These duties include but are not limited to:

• Assisting customers with plants
• Water plants as needed
• Stocking merchandise
• Upkeep of plants and premises
• loading out product to customer vehicles

Qualifications and Skills

We are looking for an honest and hardworking person with a positive attitude that is willing to learn. We provide competitive pay based on experience.

• Knowledge, identification, and growth requirements for plants.
• Understanding of common garden controls and chemicals.
• Irrigation knowledge a plus
• Service minded and teamwork driven
• Ability to lift and carry 50 pounds
