Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare artistic displays, trays, salads, sandwiches, canapés, and cold sauces per ACW methods.
• Lead prep and train Air Culinaire team members and ensure food safety and HACCP compliance.
• Coordinate with Expo and Chefs to ensure orders, packaging, and labeling meet ACES specifications.
• Maintain sanitation, temperature logs, and proper use of gloves and safety tools.
