Job summary

US Foods is seeking an on-site Fleet Maintenance Helper in Georgia to support a safe and reliable fleet. You will wash trucks, keep the parts room organized, and assist shop technicians with repairs when required.

The role requires 18+, a high school diploma or equivalent, and a valid driver's license. Work hours are Monday–Friday 8:00am–5:30pm; starting pay is $22.50/hr (DOE) with potential overtime. You will interact with drivers and maintenance staff in a fast-paced facility.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Able to read and write legibly; basic math skills.
• High School diploma or equivalent required.

BASIC PURPOSE

WORK ENVIRONMENT

• Onsite: The associate in this role is expected to perform assigned responsibilities inside a US Foods maintenance facility.
• Ability to work flexible schedule.
• Must be willing to work in extreme temperatures and weather conditions.

Minimum Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Able to read and write legibly (e.g., to attend trainings, hold conversations, receive safety and job-related coaching, and enter information on reports if needed); basic mathematical skills (add, subtract, divide).

• High School diploma or equivalent required.

• Must possess a valid driver's license.

Compensation depends on relevant experience and/or education, specific skills, function, geographic location, and other factors as applicable by law (for example: state minimum wage thresholds). The expected base rate for this role is between $22.50/hr and $26.47/hr. As applicable, this role may also receive: overtime compensation.
