Precision Garage Doors of Tampa Bay in Jacksonville, FL is seeking a Sales & Service Consultant to meet homeowners on service calls, assess their needs, recommend options, close the sale, and personally perform the repair or installation.

This full-time, on-site role offers earnings between $90,000 and $150,000 annually, paid training, a company-branded vehicle, tools and resources, health benefits, and a 401(k) with company match. Weekend availability is required.

Qualifications

• Sales role requiring ability to communicate and explain repair recommendations to customers.
• Trusted advisor focused on building trust for referrals and repeat business.
• Field technicians must bend, lift, climb and move heavy equipment.
• Valid driver’s license for at least 3 years with MVR checks.

Responsibilities

• Meet homeowners on scheduled service calls; no door-to-door or cold calling.
• Diagnose issues and recommend repair solutions clearly to build trust with customers.
• Perform immediate repairs and installations as requested (springs, rollers, motors, etc.).
• Deliver friendly customer service and document/payments for each job.
