This is a hands-on, customer-focused role with a 5-day schedule (10AM-8PM) or a 4-day schedule (8AM-8PM), weekend work required. The position offers competitive pay ($90k-$150k annually) based on performance, plus a company vehicle, training, and benefits.

Qualifications

• Sales experience or aptitude for explaining repairs and options.
• Customer-facing skills and ability to build trust.
• Hands-on mechanical aptitude for garage door service.

Responsibilities

• Meet homeowners on scheduled service calls and assess needs.
• Diagnose issues and present repair or replacement options clearly.
• Perform repairs or installations as requested, including springs, rollers, motors, etc.
