Precision Door Service seeks an ambitious Sales and Service Technician to join our team. You will install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain customers' garage doors and openers, while selling, quoting, and taking payment for our products and services.

This commission-based role has no cold calling; all leads come from our call center. Training is provided at our facilities in Charlotte, NC or Greensboro, NC, with top technicians earning six figures on a steady commission plan.

Qualifications

• Minimum HS diploma or GED completed.
• Must pass Standard Drug Test and Criminal Background check.
• Clean driving record and valid driver's license.
• Flexible schedule to meet customer needs.
• Ability to perform moderate to heavy physical labor.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose problems and provide solutions for customers.
• Educate customers on options and benefits of our products and services.
• Perform on-the-spot service and repairs.
• Provide the highest level of customer service.
• Maintain safe, clean job site and work area after completion.
