Job summary

One Clear Choice Garage Doors is hiring motivated technicians to install, repair, and maintain garage door systems for residential and commercial properties. You’ll receive paid hands-on training and have the opportunity to advance within a supportive team culture.

Real earnings range from $65,000–$120,000+ annually after training, with a full benefits package and company mentorship. Prior experience is helpful but not required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of in-home sales experience preferred.
• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Ability to lift 75+ lbs and climb ladders.
• Comfortable using tools and working in various environments.

Responsibilities

• Install and repair residential & commercial garage doors.
• Diagnose issues and provide effective solutions.
• Perform safety inspections and quality checks.
• Communicate clearly with customers and teammates.
• Recommend upgrades or additional services when appropriate.
• Document work with notes/photos for accurate service records.
• Deliver exceptional customer service on every job.
