Precision Garage Door Service is seeking a dedicated Garage Door Service Technician to service customers in the Seaford/Rehoboth area. You will diagnose, repair, and install garage door components, educate customers on options, and help ensure safe, quality workmanship.

During a 4–6 week training period, you’ll earn $17.50–$20.00 per hour, with a company vehicle provided. After training, the role offers uncapped earning potential with typical total compensation between $60,000 and $100,000 per

Formación

• Must have mechanical aptitude and technical skills.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds independently.
• Must be able to bend, climb, kneel, and stand for extended periods.
• Must be comfortable working outdoors and in non-temperature-controlled garages.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with customers.
• Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliable and able to follow company processes to serve customers.
• Comfortable using a computer and/or tablet.
• Able to use hand tools and operate mechanical equipment.
• Previous garage door experience is preferred but not required—training provided.
• Weekend availability.

Responsabilidades

• Diagnose & Repair – diagnose garage door issues and repair or replace door operators, worn/broken parts, springs, hardware.
• Educate the Customer – explain findings and present repair options to customers.
• Provide Solutions – present good/better/best options and help customers choose the best solution.
• Complete Quality Work – ensure safety and quality, aiming to get the job right the first time.
• Manage Inventory in Your Vehicle – keep tools, parts, and products ready in the company vehicle.
• Collect Payment – complete customer transactions and collect payment after services.
