Qualifications

• Positive work ethic.
• Valid driver’s license for at least 5 years.
• Motor Vehicle Report background checks the last 3-5 years.

Responsibilities

• Meet homeowners on scheduled service calls (no cold calling).
• Diagnose issues and recommend effective repair solutions.
• Perform immediate repairs (springs, rollers, motors, etc.).
• Deliver friendly customer service to earn repeat and referral business.
• Document and collect payments for each job.
