Precision Garage Door in Tucson, AZ seeks a Sales & Service Technician. You will meet homeowners on service calls, assess needs, recommend solutions, close the sale, and personally perform repairs or installations. This is a W2 full-time role with pay tied to performance.

Expect a schedule of 5 days (10AM-8PM) or 4 days (8AM-8PM), with weekend work required. Benefits include training, company vehicle and more.

Salary Range: $90,000.00 To $150,000.00 Annually

Sales & Service Technician | Tucson, AZ

W2 Full-Time Position | $90K-$150K/year (based on performance)

At Precision Garage Door, the Sales & Service Technician combines customer-focused sales with skilled mechanical expertise. You'll meet homeowners who already need garage door service, build trust by assessing their needs, recommend the best solution, complete the sale, and then personally perform the repair or installation.

Expected Schedule

We offer a 5-day work schedule 10AM-8PM or a 4 Day work schedule 8AM-8PM. We operate seven days a week to support customer demand. Weekend days are required.

What You'll Be Doing

• Meet Homeowners on scheduled service calls. (No door-to-door, No cold calling, these are service calls that the customer requested!)
  • Our technicians close 90%+ of opportunitiespresenting clear options to our customers
• Diagnose issues and recommend effective repair solutions options clearly to build trust with customers.
• Perform immediate requested repairs (Replace & Install springs, rollers, motors, etc.)
• Deliver friendly customer service that will earn repeat and referral business.
• Document and collect payments for each job.

• Valid driver's license for at least 5 years.
