Job summary

VPNE Parking Solutions LLC in Cambridge is seeking a Garage Cleaner to maintain a clean, safe parking facility. You will sweep, mop, empty trash, sanitize restrooms, and assist with equipment maintenance as needed.

• Support with parking equipment like ticket dispensers and payment machines.

• Follow safety protocols and wear PPE as required.
• Communicate effectively with staff and visitors.
• Direct traffic to cashier/exit as needed.

Position Summary

The Garage Cleaner is responsible for cleaning and maintaining a clean and safe environment in a parking garage, including cleaning and sweeping floors, emptying trash cans, and performing other cleaning duties as needed.

Schedule: Monday-Friday 6am-2pm

Responsibilities

• Clean and sweep floors using various cleaning equipment, including brooms, mops, and vacuum cleaners.

• Empty trash cans and disposal of trash per established procedures.

• Clean and sanitize restroom facilities, including toilets, sinks, and floors.

• Ensure supplies are kept in stock/organized.

• Ability to lift and operate a leaf blower.

• Assist with the maintenance of parking equipment, including ticket dispensers and payment machines.

• Report any damage or maintenance needs to the garage manager.

• Follow all safety protocols and use personal protective equipment as required.

• Communicate effectively with other garage staff and visitors.

• Direct traffic to cashier/exit as needed.

Qualifications

• Language Skills: Proficient in English, both verbally and written
