Candidates should be 18+ with a valid driver’s license, able to pass criminal background and RMV checks, and capable of standing for long periods while maintaining a neat appearance. Training follows VPNE standards.

Qualifications

• Ability to smile during customer interactions and stay upbeat.
• Clear English reading/writing and verbal communication.
• Must maintain VPNE uniform standards on site.
• Must have a valid state driver’s license and clean record.
• Be able to pass background and RMV checks and be 18+.
• Ability to move quickly and organize cars efficiently.

The role of the Garage Valet Attendant is to make a fantastic impression on every guest by engaging with our guests and customers in a positive and friendly manner and being responsible for parking and retrieving their vehicles in a parking garage or similar facility safely.

Responsibilities

• Keep the safety of self and others in mind at all times
• Continuously safely operate vehicles to minimize the potential for accidents
• Keep track of keys and cars throughout the garage
• Provide exceptional guest experience
• Maintain organization at operation
• Be enthusiastic about the job, creating a positive environment for the customers and teammates to enjoy
• Use professional communication and VPNE-approved language choices
• Help facilitate transition at the end of the shift
• Look sharp and neatly groomed at all times
• Cleaning duties as assigned
• Adhere to VPNE attendance policy

Requirements:

• Clean driving record deemed insurable by VPNE’s current insurance provider
