Job summary

Efficient Power Conversion in El Segundo, CA, is seeking a Reliability Engineer to help qualify next-generation GaN power transistors and ICs. You will perform reliability characterization, develop automated tests, analyze data, and support product qualification and technology development.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with electronics and test equipment.
• Basic understanding of semiconductor devices or device physics.
• Familiarity with programming languages such as LabVIEW, MATLAB, C/C++, Python.
• Willingness to learn semiconductor reliability concepts and test methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Support development and execution of reliability test plans per JEDEC/AEC/MIL standards.
• Assist with electrical characterization and stress testing of semiconductor devices.
• Track, analyze, and report reliability test results.
• Develop scripts and tools for reliability data processing and reporting.
