Job summary

Dave & Buster's in Boise, ID is hiring Gaming Support Techs or Midway Techs to maintain and repair games and equipment while delivering an engaging guest experience. You will assist Guests, troubleshoot issues and keep the Midway area clean and stocked with tickets and merchandise.

The role supports a fast-paced, fun environment requiring teamwork, reliability and willingness to work days, nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering friendly guest service in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to troubleshoot and repair amusement equipment and tech systems.
• Comfort working across multiple job functions and shifts, including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an outstanding Guest experience through food, drinks and games.
• Repair and maintain midway games, simulators and equipment.
• Assist Guests with requests and explain game rules or instructions.
• Load and refill tickets, secure storage areas and ensure displays promote sales.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the Midway and tech room.
• Work with team members to keep areas up to standard and notify managers of issues.
