Job summary

Dave & Buster's Inc. in Winston-Salem is hiring Gaming Support Techs to repair and maintain arcade games, simulators, and equipment while delivering an exceptional Guest experience. You will help guests, stock tickets, and keep Midway areas clean and organized in a fast-paced environment.

This role requires friendly communication, reliable teamwork, and availability to work days, nights and weekends. Tech/repair skills are a plus, and you’ll be joining a team that values customer service and fun.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Friendly and able to smile while assisting Guests.
• Flexible availability including days, nights, and weekends.
• Clear communication with Guests and Team Members.

Responsibilities

• Repair and maintain amusement games and equipment.
• Load and refill tickets in redemption games and secure storage areas.
• Greet Guests and assist with requests while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Keep Midway areas clean, safe, and well organized.
• Assist other Team Members and relay information to Managers.
