GameStop Corp. in Fort Worth, TX, seeks an Assistant Store Manager (Store 6186) to support the Store Manager in all facets of store operations and to foster a high-velocity sales culture. This on-site role involves supervising staff, managing guest experiences, and ensuring store standards are upheld.

The ideal candidate has retail management exposure, strong guest service skills, and knowledge of gaming products. High school diploma required; higher education preferred.

Qualifications

• Must provide proof of identity and eligibility to work in the United States.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s or accredited bachelor’s degree with an emphasis in business, marketing, merchandising, or related field preferred.
• At least 6 months of retail management experience preferred; at least 2 years of retail sales, guest service, and/or management experience preferred.
• Video game knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide best-in-class guest service and promote store promotions.
• Supervise Sales Associates and Retail Keyholders in the absence of the Store Manager.
• Ensure store is clean, organized, and merchandised per guidelines.
• Assist in scheduling, payroll approvals, and timekeeping.
