Formación

• Must provide proof of identity and eligibility to legally work in the United States.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• At least 1 year of retail sales, guest service, and/or management experience preferred.
• Video game knowledge preferred.
• Must be able to work alone, stand, and move throughout the store unassisted for up to 10 hours per day.

Responsabilidades

• Provide best-in-class guest service, greet guests, and assist in meeting video gaming needs.
• Process guest purchases and returns accurately via the Point-of-Sale (POS) system.
• Ensure a clean and organized store environment.
• Conduct store inventory counts and stock/restock merchandise as needed.
