Job summary

Gaming Capital Group in Kings Mountain, NC is seeking a Technical Project Coordinator to support planning and execution of gaming projects.

You will coordinate technical requirements, verify configurations with manufacturers, and ensure documentation is complete for site installations. The role demands 2+ years in gaming or related fields, strong organizational skills, and travel as needed.

Qualifications

2+ years of experience in the gaming industry, casino operations, project coordination, or a related field preferred.
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects.
Effective communication with internal teams and external manufacturers.

Responsibilities

Coordinate gaming projects including installations, removals, conversions, and related activities.
Review project data for accuracy and technical compatibility.
Validate game configurations using manufacturer information, GLI letters, and PAR sheets.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure requirements are addressed.
Work with game manufacturers to verify configurations and resolve issues.
Ensure software, hardware, components, and documentation are identified and available.
Track requirements and communicate project status and outstanding issues.
Identify dependencies that could affect execution.
Support testing of used games in-house prior to installation.
