Job summary

Shoshone-Bannock Casino Hotel in Fort Hall, ID is seeking a Gaming Machine Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of the Gaming Machine department. You will supervise staff, coordinate assignments, and ensure accurate payouts while maintaining security of funds in a fast-paced casino environment.

The role requires strong leadership, budgeting awareness, and adherence to gaming regulations; tribal gaming experience is preferred and background checks are required.

Qualifications

• Three (3) years of gaming machine or related experience.
• Must pass background screening and obtain gaming license.
• Tribal and Native American preference applies.

Responsibilities

• Supervises Gaming Machine Attendants and addresses guest/employee concerns.
• Coordinates daily employee assignments, breaks, and staffing levels.
• Verifies payouts and maintains security of monies within the department.
• Oversees count in/count out of change banks and tracks variances.
• Promotes promotions and positive customer relations.
• Works with management to implement strategic plans and policies.
