Qualifications

• Accredited High-school diploma or GED required.
• One (1) year verifiable employment experience in a confidential office/clerical setting is preferred.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and other Microsoft applications.

Responsibilities

• Greet and communicate with vendors and employees of the Gaming Operation, ensuring a professional and timely response to questions or correspondence.
• Review completed applications, checking for inconsistencies, errors, omissions, falsifications, and minimum requirements to ensure accuracy and completion before beginning initial candidate interviews.
• Provide guidance to vendors and employees seeking licensure or questioning the process to complete the licensing process.
• Enter and interpret data from applications and licensing systems, ensuring accuracy and data integrity.
