Job summary
The Catawba Nation Gaming Commission is seeking a Technical Compliance Officer to ensure that all gaming-related hardware, software, and systems meet regulator and internal controls standards. You will review and certify devices before floor placement, conduct regular and surprise inspections, and coordinate with casino departments, vendors, and regulators to maintain integrity of gaming operations.
Based in Rock Hill, SC, the role requires at least two years in gaming tech or regulatory roles,
Qualifications
- Minimum of two years' experience in gaming systems or regulatory compliance.
- Knowledge of NIGC regulations and tribal gaming ordinances.
- Ability to analyze logs and system configurations.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Monitor compliance with gaming ordinances and internal controls.
- Review technical submissions and software updates.
- Conduct inspections of gaming devices and networks.
- Coordinate tracking of gaming devices and components.
- Maintain software inventory and version control.
- Assist incident response for system failures.
- Prepare reports and documentation for regulators.
