RSM US LLP is seeking a Manager for our Accounting and Finance Consulting (AFC) practice focused on Gaming and Hospitality. The role involves delivering financial advisory services to casino gaming and hospitality clients, managing engagement teams, and driving process improvements across multiple jurisdictions.

Candidates should have 5+ years in public accounting or consulting with US GAAP/IFRS expertise, strong communication skills, and willingness to travel about 75-80% to serve clients

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years business experience or 5+ years in public accounting/consulting services (emphasis in casino & hospitality accounting/operations a plus).
• Advanced written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong internal control skills and experience in developing and improving internal control systems.
• Experience in US GAAP and/or IFRS for public or private companies with technical accounting matters.

Responsibilities

• Provide financial advisory services to gaming and hospitality clients nationwide.
• Lead and supervise engagement teams; manage client deliverables and timelines.
• Identify performance improvement opportunities and profitability analyses.
• Develop understanding of client business drivers and industry trends.
• Coordinate with other service lines to deliver integrated solutions.
