Job summary

Delaware North Gaming is seeking a part-time Floor Attendant at Finger Lakes Gaming in Farmington, NY. You will monitor the gaming floor, assist guests with inquiries, and help ensure all machines operate smoothly.

The role requires excellent guest service, basic math skills, and the ability to obtain a New York gaming license. Shifts include evenings, holidays, and weekends with a typical 8-hour day.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a New York gaming license.
• Excellent guest service and communication skills.
• Ability to perform basic math calculations and accurately handle large sums of money.

Responsibilities

• Monitor assigned floor areas to ensure gaming machines are functioning and players are following rules.
• Process jackpot payouts in accordance with Delaware North and state gaming procedures.
• Assist guests by answering questions about games or general inquiries.
• Perform minor repairs, adjust slot machines, and resolve issues like voucher jams or machine tilts.
• Partner with your supervisor or technician for major repairs.
