Job summary

Activate Games in Tulsa, OK is seeking a General Manager to lead daily operations and drive customer satisfaction in a dynamic gaming facility. The role requires hands-on leadership, strong communication, and a passion for tech and gaming.

You will collaborate with an Assistant Manager and Game Facilitators, shape business initiatives, manage staffing, scheduling, training, and evaluations, oversee events, and ensure seamless front desk and gaming experiences while promoting our brand and growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years in a leadership role in service or entertainment.
• Experience in operations management or guest services preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
