  • Must be a member of the Massachusetts bar and a practicing attorney.
  • At least five years of experience as an attorney, preferably in state criminal practice.
  • Excellent legal writing experience and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle a large and advanced caseload and appear in court.

Responsibilities

  • Investigate and prosecute criminal conduct related to expanded gaming in the Commonwealth.
  • Lead and coordinate investigations and prosecutions with State Police and support staff.
  • Screen potential cases and foster relationships with industry stakeholders.
  • Travel to other areas of the Commonwealth as needed; participate in training and district court coverage.
