This role is responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences through expertly crafted beverages, attentive service, and maintaining a vibrant bar atmosphere in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to company recipes and standards
• Provide outstanding customer service by engaging guests in a friendly, professional manner
• Maintain full knowledge of menu offerings, including cocktails, wine, beer, and food pairings
• Ensure bar area is clean, organized, and fully stocked at all times
• Accurately process orders using POS systems and handle cash/credit transactions responsibly
• Monitor guest consumption and comply with all alcohol service laws and responsible serving practices
• Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure timely serviceAssist with opening and closing duties, including inventory and restocking
• Uphold all health, safety, and sanitation standards
