Job summary

Dave & Buster's in Kentwood is seeking a part-time Games Support Tech responsible for the repair and maintenance of games and technical equipment. You'll provide excellent guest experiences, assist with inquiries, and ensure the midway is clean and organized. Ideal candidates should have technical skills and be able to communicate effectively. The position requires working flexible hours, including nights and weekends. Salary ranges from $13.73 to $17.25 per hour.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must demonstrate ability to clearly communicate with Guests and Team Members.
• Technical and/or electrical skills preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist Guests by repairing and maintaining amusements equipment.
• Provide timely and accurate service while managing wait times.
• Conduct daily maintenance on all games and technical equipment.
