Job summary

ENI-ONE.LTD is seeking a Games Operations Manager to own the games portfolio across brands and platforms in Haifa. You will combine gaming expertise, technical understanding, and commercial acumen to ensure a high‑quality catalog and optimal performance.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of relevant experience in iGaming or game operations.
• Hands-on experience with PC/desktop games; mobile games alone is not sufficient.
• Strong knowledge of slot games and game mechanics, betting, rewards, RTP, and player behavior.
• Experience working with Product, CRM, QA, BI/Data, and Technology teams.

Responsibilities

• Own the Games Database across platforms and brands.
• Define and maintain QA standards and ensure game quality.
• Support internal teams with game mechanics and performance insights.
• Identify and resolve core game-related issues (RTP, abuse, risk).
• Manage relationships with game providers and onboard new partners.
• Collaborate with BI teams to analyze performance and translate data into actions.
• Partner with Product to optimize portfolio, positioning, and costs.
• Act as hands-on problem solver to drive delivery and ownership.
• Support marketing and promotional activities with game positioning.
