Job summary
High 5 Games seeks an experienced operations leader to manage staffing, capacity, and delivery coordination for a 25–50+ engineer organization. You will own third-party agreements and vendor relationships, ensuring renewals and terms are tracked.
This role acts as the leader's operational counterpart, keeping logistics smooth and plans aligned with strategic priorities. You will partner with Recruiting and Legal, Finance, and Engineering to maintain a clear, current view of work across squads,
Qualifications
- 7+ years in or around software engineering with strong operational and management experience.
- Experience staffing, capacity, and delivery coordination for 25–50+ engineers.
- Direct experience managing vendor or third-party technical agreements at scale.
- Exceptionally organized and systematic; you own the details.
- You do not need to code; coordinate engineers and vendors credibly.
Responsibilities
- Staffing & capacity management across squads and projects.
- Time and delivery coordination; track risks and keep commitments.
- Third-party and vendor agreement management with renewal workflow.
- Admin and coordination tasks to free the engineering leader for strategy.
