Job summary

Light & Wonder seeks a Content Product Manager to drive its North American games portfolio, coordinating with internal studios, Commercial and Product teams to define roadmaps, optimise commercial outcomes, and execute go-to-market plans across the region.

You will use data-driven insights and market dynamics knowledge to identify opportunities, prioritise initiatives, and maximise performance for the portfolio.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Game Design, or related field (MBA a plus)
• 5+ years' experience in product management, portfolio management, or content strategy in gaming/iGaming
• Proven experience managing a product roadmap across multiple stakeholders with commercial outcomes
• Direct experience working with game development studios and delivery timelines

Responsibilities

• Own NA studio roadmap across all studios
• Balance portfolio to regional market needs and global content strategy
• Prioritise game releases based on commercial impact and player value
• Monitor portfolio performance and optimise sequencing and mix
• End-to-end product lifecycle from concept to post-release optimisation
• Coordinate with Creative, Studio, and Commercial teams
