Qualifications

  • 1–2 years of relevant experience in iGaming or game operations.
  • Hands-on experience with PC/desktop games; mobile games alone is not sufficient.
  • Strong knowledge of slot games and game mechanics, betting, rewards, RTP, and player behavior.
  • Experience working with Product, CRM, QA, BI/Data, and Technology teams.

Responsibilities

  • Own the Games Database across platforms and brands.

  • Support internal teams with game mechanics and performance insights.
  • Identify and resolve core game-related issues (RTP, abuse, risk).
  • Manage relationships with game providers and onboard new partners.
  • Collaborate with BI teams to analyze performance and translate data into actions.
  • Partner with Product to optimize portfolio, positioning, and costs.
  • Act as hands-on problem solver to drive delivery and ownership.
  • Support marketing and promotional activities with game positioning.

Job description

We are looking for a Games Operations Manager to join the Product team in Haifa and take ownership of the games portfolio across brands and platforms.

This is a hands‑on, independent role for someone who combines strong gaming/iGaming knowledge, technical understanding, operational skills, and a commercial mindset. You will work closely with game providers, Product, CRM, BI/AI, QA, and other business teams to ensure the games catalog is accurate, competitive, high-quality, and performing at its best.

What You’ll Do
  • Own the Games Database — Maintain and optimize the games catalog across platforms and brands, including naming, ordering, tagging, categorization, and visual assets.
  • Manage Game Quality — Define and maintain QA standards and work hands‑on to ensure games meet quality and technical requirements.
  • Be the Games Expert — Support internal teams, particularly CRM and Product, with knowledge of game mechanics, player behavior, rewards, betting logic, and game performance.
  • Monitor Game Performance & Issues — Identify and resolve core game‑related issues, including RTP discrepancies, player abuse, risk exposure, and other operational or technical challenges.
  • Work with Game Providers — Manage relationships with game studios/providers, onboard new providers, source new games, and drive issues through to resolution.
  • Analyze Performance — Work with BI/AI teams to create and analyze reports and translate data into actionable product and business decisions.
  • Optimize the Portfolio — Partner with Product to improve game performance, portfolio mix, positioning, and associated costs.
  • Drive Things Forward — Act as a hands‑on problem solver who can work independently, take ownership, coordinate multiple stakeholders, and make sure things actually get done.
  • Support Marketing & Commercial Activities — Bring a marketing-oriented mindset to game positioning, portfolio visibility, promotions, and player engagement.
Requirements
  • 1–2 years of relevant experience in iGaming, online gaming, games operations, game management, content operations, or a related role.
  • Hands‑on experience with PC/desktop games — experience with mobile games only is not sufficient.
  • Proven experience and strong understanding of slot games.
  • Deep understanding of game mechanics, betting, rewards, RTP, player behavior, and gaming systems.
  • Good knowledge of game providers, studios, and the wider gaming/iGaming industry.
  • Strong technical orientation and the ability to understand systems, identify issues, work with technical teams, and drive solutions forward.
  • Experience working cross‑functionally with teams such as Product, CRM, QA, BI/Data, and Technology.
  • Comfortable working with data, reports, and performance metrics; familiarity with BI/AI tools is an advantage.
  • Strong communication and relationship‑management skills, particularly with external providers and vendors.
  • A commercial and marketing mindset with an understanding of how games can be positioned, promoted, and optimized for player engagement.
  • Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and able to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Proactive, hands‑on, and solution‑oriented approach with a strong sense of ownership.
