Job summary

HB Leisure is the leading attraction partner for skill games and amusements worldwide, with operations in over 100 theme parks across 25 countries. As a Games Manager, you will lead high-energy teams, drive guest satisfaction and exceed sales targets while maintaining safety and quality across the games floor.

You'll coach staff, coordinate events with park management, and ensure outstanding guest experiences in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience (hospitality, retail, attractions, or fast-paced environments preferred).
• 1+ year of leadership/management experience.
• Strong sales skills and a passion for delivering outstanding guest service.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and lead under pressure.
• Excellent communication, leadership, coaching, and conflict-resolution skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead & develop teams of 50+ staff, delivering ongoing training and coaching.
• Meet and exceed sales targets through daily operations and leadership.
• Be a visible presence on the games floor, ensuring safety, cleanliness and fun.
• Coordinate events with park management and recruit new team members.
• Monitor stock levels and payroll accuracy, supporting staffing planning.

What You’ll Do (and Love Doing)

As a Games Manager, you will be a key leader responsible for driving guest satisfaction, coaching and developing your team, and elevating the overall games experience.

You will:

Lead & Develop Teams

• Manage and motivate50+ team memberswhile creating a fun, supportive, high-performance culture.

• Deliver ongoingtraining, coaching, and developmentto build confident, guest-focused teams.

• Conduct regular staff touchpoints to support growth and individual goals.

Drive Results

• Meet and exceed sales targets through strong daily operations and on-the-ground leadership.

• Monitor merchandise levels and ensure optimal stock availability.

• Oversee payroll accuracy and staffing planning.

Deliver Exceptional Guest Experiences

• Be a constant, visible presence on the games floor — supporting your team, interacting with guests, and ensuring a safe, clean, and exciting environment.

• Resolve guest concerns quickly and effectively with a positive, solution-focused approach.

• Uphold company policies and maintain a culture of safety, professionalism, and fun.

Support Operations & Partnerships

• Partner closely with Human Resources to recruit and hire new team members.

• Work hand-in-hand with park management to coordinate events and park-wide initiatives.

• Identify operational needs (staffing, maintenance, signage, safety) and take swift action.

What We’re Looking For

• 2–3 years of experience(hospitality, retail, attractions, or fast-paced environments preferred)

• 1+ year of leadership/management experience

• Strong sales skills and a passion for delivering outstanding guest service

• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and lead under pressure

• Excellent communication, leadership, coaching, and conflict-resolution skills

• Flexible availability — includingnights, weekends, and holidays

• Experience in attractions, games, entertainment, or amusement a strong plus

• Customer service (2 years) and sales experience (1 year) preferred
