HB Leisure is the leading attraction partner for skill games and amusements worldwide. As a Games Manager you will lead the games operations, coach a large team, and ensure budgeted targets and operating standards are met in busy environments.

You’ll drive guest satisfaction, deliver training, manage staffing and payroll, partner with HR and park management, and maintain high energy, safety, and guest-focused service every day.

Qualifikationen

• 2-3 years of experience in hospitality, retail, attractions, or fast-paced environments.
• 1+ year of leadership/management experience.
• Strong sales skills and a passion for guest service.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and lead under pressure.
• Excellent communication, leadership, coaching, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Experience in attractions, games, entertainment, or amusement is a strong plus.

• Lead and motivate 50+ team members to maintain a fun, high-performance culture.
• Deliver ongoing training, coaching, and development for guest-focused teams.
• Meet and exceed sales targets through strong daily operations and leadership.
• Oversee payroll accuracy and staffing planning.
• Ensure a safe, clean, and exciting environment on the games floor.
• Partner with HR to recruit and hire new team members.
