Main Event Entertainment in Thornton, Colorado, is hiring a Games Attendant to help run our games floor with energy and guest-focused service. You’ll be knowledgeable about Laser Tag, Mini Golf, Gravity Ropes, and Rock Climbing, greet Guests, explain options, and help redeem prizes while maintaining safety and cleanliness.

The role emphasizes teamwork, tech-savvy skills, and the ability to work days, nights or weekends.

Responsibilities

• Uphold cleanliness and safety standards.
• Welcome and engage Guests as a FUN ambassador.
• Monitor Laser Tag, Mini Golf, Gravity Ropes, and Rock Climbing for safety and stock.
• Create memorable experiences by delivering exceptional service.
• Keep games and Winner’s Choice clean and stocked.
• Assist Guests with questions about point redemption.
• Perform minor repairs to games and laser tag vests.
• Report wear and damage to games to Technical Team.
• Perform opening, mid-day or closing duties.

Job Description: At Main Event, our Games Attendants are at the center of the action on our games floor! As a Games Attendant, you are technologically savvy, outgoing, and know how to create FUN memories for our Guests! You are knowledgeable on all of our games and entertainment options and can make recommendations based on a Guest’s interest and needs. You monitor event activities and safety protocols, and you make redemption suggestions so our Guests can take home the best prizes! You’re also dedicated to delivering the highest standards in safety and sanitation.

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING DAILY?

• Upholding our cleanliness and safety standards (We take this seriously!)
• Welcoming and engaging with all Guests, all while being an ambassador of FUN!
• Monitoring activities such as Laser Tag, Mini Golf, Gravity Ropes, and Rock Climbing to ensure they are stocked, clean and safe
• Creating memorable experiences by providing exceptional service
• Making sure the games and Winner’s Choice are clean and stocked
• Assisting Guests with questions regarding point redemption
• Performing minor repairs to games and laser tag vests
• Partnering with the Technical Team to report wear-and-tear and damage to games or equipment (communication is key!)
• Performing opening, mid-day or closing duties

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

• Experience in a similar role a plus, but not required
• Guest focused mindset (We heart our Guests!)
• Savvy with technology and a willingness to learn new things
• Teamwork is a must (Teamwork makes the dream work!)
• Can effectively communicate with Management, Team Members, and Guests
• Availability to work days, nights and/or weekends
