Main Event Entertainment in Lexington, KY is seeking a Games Attendant to be at the center of the action on our games floor. You will monitor activities, assist guests with prizes, and perform minor repairs while keeping safety standards. You’ll be an ambassador of FUN, delivering memorable experiences with excellent service.

Candidate should be tech-savvy, able to learn new systems, and communicate effectively with guests and management. Availability for days, nights and weekends is expected.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar role is a plus but not required.
• Guest-focused mindset and ability to engage guests.
• Savvy with technology and eager to learn new things.
• Teamwork is essential; strong communication with management and guests.
• Availability to work days, nights and/or weekends.

Responsibilities

• Monitor activities to ensure games and equipment are stocked, clean and safe.
• Provide exceptional service to create memorable experiences.
• Keep games and Winner’s Choice clean and stocked.
• Assist guests with questions about point redemption.
• Perform minor repairs to games and laser tag vests.
• Report wear-and-tear or damage to games to Technical Team.
• Uphold cleanliness and safety standards.
• Welcome and engage with guests and be an ambassador of FUN.
• Perform opening, mid-day, or closing duties.

Job Description: At Main Event, our Games Attendants are at the center of the action on our games floor! As a Games Attendant, you are technologically savvy, outgoing, and know how to create FUN memories for our Guests! You are knowledgeable about all our games and entertainment options and can make recommendations based on a Guest’s interests and needs. You monitor event activities, safety protocols, and make redemption suggestions so our Guests can take home the best prizes!

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING DAILY?

• Monitoring activities such as Laser Tag, Mini Golf, Gravity Ropes, Escape Rooms, Gel Blasters, and Rock Climbing to ensure they are stocked, clean and safe
• Creating memorable experiences by providing exceptional service
• Making sure the games and Winner’s Choice are clean and stocked
• Assisting Guests with questions regarding point redemption
• Performing minor repairs to games and laser tag vests
• Partnering with the Technical Team to report wear-and-tear and damage to games or equipment (communication is key!)
• Upholding our cleanliness and safety standards (We take this seriously!)
• Welcome and engage with all guests while being an ambassador of FUN!
• Performing opening, mid-day, or closing duties

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

• Experience in a similar role a plus, but not required
• Guest-focused mindset (We heart our Guests!)
• Savvy with technology and a willingness to learn new things
• Teamwork is a must (Teamwork makes the dream work!)
• Can effectively communicate with Management, Team Members, and Guests
• Availability to workdays, nights and/or weekends
